Frequently asked questions
How do I store my medical records with Clino?
Scan the report with your camera, pick it from your photos or import a PDF: Clino reads the type, date and results and drafts the entry, which you review and save. Scan is a Premium feature.
Do my medical records end up on a server?
Not on a Clino server: there isn’t one. Your journal stays on your device by default; if you turn on optional sync, it’s also stored, encrypted, in your private iCloud.
Can I share my records with my doctor?
Yes: with Premium, you create a PDF with your whole journal or just the entries you choose, with the body map, and share it via Mail, Messages or AirDrop.
